Team Orlando Loreleis offer athletes (ages seven years and older) an opportunity to learn about and compete in this beautiful sport. Beginning lessons are offered on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the year at the YMCA Aquatic Center on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. Competition is held on local, national and international levels. The sport is governed by the United States Synchronized Swimming, Inc. (USSSI). Athletes are welcomed to take lessons with no requirement to compete in any events.
