every Monday & Wednesday at 5:00pm.
Ever wonder what synchronized swimming is all about? Or maybe you have always had an interest in actually LEARNING how to be a synchronized swimmer? Attend the showcase! It’s an excellent opportunity for anyone, whether it’s a child or an adult, to get information about the sport of synchronized swimming, watch a demonstration of various skill levels, and get more information about the YMCA synchronized swimming team and what we have to offer!
So bring yourself, your family or a friend and come see what it’s all about! For anyone who has ever been interested in synchro and wanted to know more - Friday night is the perfect time to synch or swim and join the team!

Team Orlando Loreleis offers athletes (ages seven years and older) an opportunity to learn about and compete in this beautiful sport. Beginning lessons are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the year at the YMCA Aquatic Center on International Drive in Orlando, Florida.
Competition is held on local, national and international levels. The sport is governed by the United States Synchronized Swimming, Inc. (USSSI). Athletes are welcomed to take lessons with no requirement to compete in any events.
